Hi, I’m Elizabeth Cauvel.

I’m a creative director, copywriter, and MasterChef runner-up living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A native Atlantan, I started my career in Chicago, spent a decade in my beloved New York City, and most recently lived on the west coast, so I’m fluent in y’all, you(s) guys, and yinz.

After a decade managing teams as a CD at Publicis, I’ve been freelancing for a few years, reconnecting with my roots as a writer and passionate creative thinker. My work spans every comms channel and an ever-broadening range of industries. While I don’t consider myself a specialist in any one thing—other than copywriting itself—I have a background in cooking, and my near-encyclopedic knowledge of food comes in handy for CPG and QSR clients.

Everything I do is purpose-driven, which is why my mantra is: If it doesn’t matter, don’t make it. If it matters, make it good.
